  • Melt: Begin by melting the SWEET-SWITCH® Milk Chocolate. Place it in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Dip and Chill: Dip each Black & White cookie into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's generously coated. Then, use a fork to lift the coated cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow them to set in the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Add a Drizzle and Serve: Once the cookies have set, you can take them out of the fridge and, if desired, drizzle some additional melted chocolate over the top. Return them to the refrigerator for another 10 minutes to let the drizzle set.
