Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Haven't found the perfect smoothie bowl yet? Now you have! It's the perfect breakfast, lunch, snack.... or anytime you want.🤩
Ingredients (1 smoothie bowl):
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 50 ml (vegetable) milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp 100% peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 40 g SWEET-SWITCH® chocolate of your choice
- Your favorite toppings (berries, banana slices, ..)
Let's blend!
- Blend the milk, peanut butter, banana slices and cocoa powder in a blender until it is smooth and creamy. 🍌🍫
- Roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it in the microwave along. Do this in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted chocolate over your smoothie.
- Finish with your favorite toppings❤️
