Black & White cheesecake
This no bake Black & White cheesecake is so delicious and quick to whip up - the test will be whether you can wait till it's set to dig in! Prep the cheesecake in just 20 minutes and set it in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 20 SWEET-SWITCH® Black & White cookies
- 500 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp of butter (at room temperature)
- 100 grams of white chocolate
Let's get baking!
- Put the SWEET-SWITCH® Black & White cookies in a zip-lock freezer bag. Grind them completely using a rolling pin. Mix the crumbled cookies with the butter.
- Take a springform pan and place a baking sheet on the bottom. Arrange the cookie crumble on top and press well. Set aside in the refrigirator for about 30 min.
- Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with the Greek yogurt. Melt the white chocolate and mix it into the cheese mixture.
- Remove the springform pan from the refrigerator and pour the cheese mixture over it. Crumble a few more SWEET-SWITCH® Black & White cookies and sprinkle them over the cheese mixture. Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
