3. Use your break - Go for a run or enjoy some fresh air during your break. Fresh air & exercise can make you more energetic and focused for the rest of the day AND you'll have gotten your vitamin D right away.

4. Adjust your posture frequently - Staying in one position for too long can lead to muscle strain and decreased circulation. Frequent adjustments in your posture, even small ones, can make a big difference. Fidgeting is just movement. You can think of it as a form of micro-exercise.

5. Choose the stairs - Instead of the elevator, choose the stairs when going up or down. Climbing stairs is a simple way to increase your heart rate and strenghten your muscles.
