One must be blind not to understand that customers opt more often for healthy alternatives every day. Sugar avoiding should be on the top of your agenda whether you're a retailer, wholesaler, or e-commerce specialist. Also when you're a buyer in travel retail, pharma, Out Of Home or delicacy store, the demand is omni-present!
We all scream for the attention and try to serve the same end consumer, the easiest way however to reach them, is obviously just showing them that you care, and understand their needs and have a favourable reply for them.
We re-named ISM to Innovative, Sweet & Miraculous, just to highlight what people gave as input whilst visiting the SWEET-SWITCH stand!
Product innovation still drives category growth, and attracts new customers.
Sweet products, especially in sugar free, are still a fast growing segment.
Miraculous, is how taste was described whilst people were indulging in the SWEET-SWITCH assortment. People were actually very surprised when we informed them that the entire range was sugar free.
Reactions as "ooh really, even this one?... and that one,... and ... ", "That's miraculous!"
